Safe Walk to School was built on a fundamental belief: no child should face hazardous traffic conditions, missing sidewalks, or dangerous intersections on their daily commute. We bring together parents, educators, city planners, and local advocates to transform vulnerable school zones into safe, highly visible pedestrian corridors.
From mapping secure walking paths and advocating for lower speed limits to organizing volunteer-led "walking school buses," our mission is to build healthier, better-connected, and truly walkable communities across the nation.
